Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Lignity AB is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.lignity.com.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the European Standard EN 301 549 (which refers to WCAG 2.1 level AA), due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with the regulations

  • Interactive Maps: The Google Maps embed in the Contact section may present navigation difficulties for users relying solely on screen readers or keyboard interfaces (WCAG 2.1.1). We provide a direct text link to the map provider as an alternative.
  • PDF Documents: Some older technical white papers and datasheets available for download in the "Insights" section may not be fully tagged for screen reader accessibility (WCAG 1.3.1). We are actively working to remediate these documents or provide HTML alternatives.
  • Colour Contrast: Certain decorative elements in "Dark Mode" using the brand colour Amber (#D48311) may not meet the strict 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for text (WCAG 1.4.3). We are reviewing our colour palette to ensure all essential functional text meets these standards.

Disproportionate Burden

We currently claim disproportionate burden for the remediation of archival video content published prior to September 23, 2020, which may lack synchronized captions.

Preparation of this Statement
