Terms of Service.
Updated 25 October 2026
These terms cover use of the Lignity website and its public resources.
1. About Lignity and these terms
This website is operated by Lignity AB, Skolgatan 25, SE-413 02 Göteborg, Sweden. You can contact us at info@lignity.com.
The site provides information about Lignity’s material platform and ways to discuss applications and partnerships. Product supply, evaluation programs, research collaboration and technology licensing are governed by separate written agreements. These website terms do not change those agreements.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site, follow its links and use its public resources for information and evaluation purposes. Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of Lignity and other people.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious software or use the website or Lignity’s identity in a misleading or unlawful way.
3. Material and technical information
Website descriptions, material notes and abstract illustrations explain Lignity’s approach to materials and their intended applications. Application suitability, technical specifications, test methods, samples and supply requirements should be established directly with Lignity and recorded in the relevant agreement.
Use the information in its stated context. Illustrative PCB stack-ups and abstract graphics explain material concepts and should be read alongside the accompanying text.
4. Content, identity and intellectual property
Rights in the website’s content, visual identity and other materials remain with Lignity or their respective owners. You may download and share unmodified public resources for information and evaluation, keeping source attribution and any rights notices intact.
Commercial republication, modification or use of Lignity’s identity requires prior written permission unless applicable law or a stated license permits it. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Accessing the website or downloading a resource grants no patent or technology license.
5. Inquiries and information you provide
Please provide accurate contact details and share only non-confidential information in an initial inquiry. Confidential exchanges should be arranged separately. The inquiry form prepares an email on your device; you review and send it through your email application.
6. Privacy and cookie preferences
Our privacy information explains how inquiries and website storage are handled. You can review or change optional storage choices on the Cookie preferences page. Browsing the website does not require you to enable Functional or Marketing storage.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate. Content may be corrected or updated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Contact us to confirm information relevant to a technical or commercial decision.
Responsibility for any loss is determined by applicable law and any separate agreement between the parties. These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact Lignity first so that we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute is subject to the courts and jurisdiction rules applicable to that dispute.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the latest update. An update to these website terms does not amend a separate written agreement.
For questions about these terms, contact info@lignity.com or write to Lignity AB at the address above.
